As Studio Senior Brand Manager, you will be responsible for partnering closely with our publishing partners and development teams to develop and activate compelling product marketing and GTM strategies for our games. This is a highly matrixed role that involves close collaboration with Lighthouse’s internal development teams as well as our licensing, publishing and agency partners to build solid brand foundations, manage efficient asset production pipelines and execute on world class marketing activations.
Key Duties Include:
* Build the long-term brand for our driving game based on nuanced player, product and category understanding, with a focus on player engagement and revenue growth.
* Collaborate closely with our publishing partner and development team to:
* Develop clear product and category positioning, target audience analysis and communications strategy for our games.
* Develop ambitious, innovative and stand-out go-to-market, communications and live service marketing plans for our games.
* Ideate and build outstanding, creative marketing content that drives reach, engagement and trust.
* Develop strong relationships with key licensor and brand partners across car culture, gaming, lifestyle and entertainment that deliver value and relevance to our players and unlock rich content opportunities.
* Connect our marketing with our product, leveraging marketing data to help inform and prioritise strategy and execution.
Requirements
* Seasoned brand manager with experience launching and managing global gaming brands.
* Passionate and knowledgeable about cars, video games and popular culture.
* Excellent analytical skills and expertise in creating data-driven marketing strategies.
* Experience working closely with game development
* Familiarity with a complex licensing landscape.
* Excels at working in a highly matrixed team environment characterised by collaboration.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a creative approach to storytelling.
* Comfortable managing the complexities and nuance of creative delivery across product development, licensing and external stakeholders.
