Key Responsibilities
You will be the first point of contact for our patients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring they feel valued throughout their journey with us.
* Building strong relationships with patients through regular communication prior to and following their treatment
* Assisting in patient consultations to provide a seamless experience
* Scanning patients' eyes using state-of-the-art equipment as part of a full health check
* Accurately maintaining patient records to ensure accurate information is available at all times
