Product Lead - ID Verification
Location: UK (Remote)
We are recruiting for a global leader in identity solutions dedicated to eradicating online fraud and financial crime. Our client leverages AI, biometrics, and machine learning to help brands establish and maintain digital trust.
The Role
As the Product Lead, you will drive the strategy and requirements for the ID Verification product line. You will lead the transition toward next-generation identity standards, including Digital IDs (eIDAS 2.0, mDLs) and Agentic AI Verification.
Key Responsibilities:
* Product Lifecycle: Oversee government-issued ID verification from ideation through launch and optimization.
* Leadership: Manage a team of Product Owners, fostering growth in agile processes and stakeholder communication.
* Collaboration: Work with Engineering and Machine Learning teams to translate strategic goals into a deliverable roadmap.
* Commercial Alignment: Partner with Marketing and Sales to define go-to-market strategies and equip teams for commercial success.
* Standards: Ensure all products meet strict compliance, security, and privacy requirements.
Experience & Qualifications
* Industry Experience: Senior product management background specifically in IDV, fraud prevention, or KYC/AML.
* People Management: Proven track record of leading and coaching product teams.
* Technical Knowledge: Understanding of government-issued IDs and emerging Digital ID landscapes.
* AI & Analytics: Ability to use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) to streamline workflows and turn data into insights.
* Agile Mindset: Deep knowledge of agile principles; experience with SAFe is an advantage.
* Communication: Excellent analytical and conceptual skills with the ability to represent the company at industry events.
