What you'll do
* Provide business analysis to support decision-making, identify drivers of performance, and strengthen strategies.
* Collect, analyze, and present key insights with tailored recommendations, collaborating with global and local teams.
* Report on commercial performance weekly and monthly, conducting deep-dive analyses as needed, working closely with the broader Commercial Team (Digital, Contact Centre, Sales, Revenue Management).
* Collaborate with the IT department to ensure system optimization and data accuracy.
* Drive standardization of reporting practices across the Commercial department.
* Help define an F&B reporting strategy to identify revenue and profitability opportunities (outlets & banqueting performance, targets, menu engineering).
* Produce and contribute to presentations for the Executive team and the Board.

* Additional activities include building performance dashboards, working with the Development team on market studies, and collaborating on strategic initiatives.
What you'll bring
* Previous experience in analytics, with attention to detail and inquisitiveness.
* Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
