We are recruiting for an outstanding interim role for an experienced and dynamic Head of Repairs to provide senior operational and strategic leadership across our repairs service. This critical role will oversee both the Direct Labour Organisation (DLO) function for responsive repairs and voids, as well as the surveying function, ensuring a high-performing, compliant, and customer-focused service. This is an exciting opportunity for a proven leader to make an immediate impact, stabilise and enhance service delivery, and shape the future direction of the repairs function.
