About the Role: As a Production Operative, you'll be part of a team responsible for operating machinery, packing products, and ensuring high-quality output. The role involves both day and night shifts, working on a rotating 4 on, 4 off shift pattern. Key Responsibilities: Operate machinery safely and efficiently. Pack and prepare items for dispatch. Perform quality checks on finished goods. Follow site safety, hygiene, and 5S procedures. Work collaboratively to meet daily production targets. Carry out manual handling tasks where required. Requirements: Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment. Experience working 12-hour shifts or a 4 on, 4 off shift pattern. A proactive and reliable attitude. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Comfortable working independently or as part of a team. Awareness of 5S / lean manufacturing principles is desirable. Shift Pattern: 2 x 12-hour Day Shifts - 6:45am to 7pm. 2 x 12-hour Night Shifts - 6:45pm to 7am. Then 4 days off (Repeat cycle)...
