We are looking for an experienced leveraged finance lawyer to join a high-performing in‑house legal team supporting a dynamic international finance function in the regional headquarters of an international corporate in London.
You will lead the legal aspects of transactions from structuring through to execution, manage external counsel, and provide pragmatic, solution‑focused advice aligned with business objectives and risk appetite.
The ideal candidate will possess:
* 5-8 years post‑qualification experience gained in a top‑tier law firm and/or in‑house environment in the UK
* Strong background in finance, including leveraged and acquisition finance and general lending
* Experience advising on cross‑border and multi‑jurisdictional matters
* Commercial, pragmatic and confident engaging with senior stakeholders
* Able to manage multiple matters simultaneously in a deadline‑driven setting
