This post is a fixed term/secondment position for up to 12 months to meet the needs of the service. If you are interested in applying for the secondment, you must obtain permission from your current line manager prior to applying.
Key Responsibilities
1. Plan and develop an education framework and practice education activities, including compliance with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) requirements.
2. Rearrange or adjust plans based on clinical needs, aligning with CTMUHB’s inter-professional Education Strategy, in collaboration with the multi-professional team within Primary Care.
3. Coordinate the development and implementation of the UHB’s clinical skills provision, communicating with NHS and Higher Educational Institutions as necessary.
4. Collaborate with interdisciplinary colleagues in Clinical Audit and skills provision.
Qualifications and Experience
Promote excellence in patient care through staff education, preceptorship training, and postgraduate education development. Co-ordinate education for postgraduate nursing staff, contributing to Care Group objectives. Play a pivotal role in ensuring quality care through collaborative working and educational support.
