Job Responsibilities
1. Establish and monitor key stage programmes
2. Set up the site and maintain site security (including site hutting, hoardings, and signboards)
3. Take possession of the site, plan, and coordinate trades activities
4. Apply for temporary service connections
5. Interpret drawings and specifications; communicate directions to site personnel, subcontractors, and suppliers
6. Ensure completion of method statements and risk assessments for high-risk activities
7. Coordinate with the professional team for information and approvals
8. Assist in ensuring all necessary permits and approvals are in place
9. Review buildability and suggest construction methods for project efficiency
10. Implement environmental controls in collaboration with the Environmental Coordinator
11. Attend and document site meetings
12. Communicate effectively with colleagues, clients, and third parties
Minimum Requirements
* At least ten years of experience in construction management with a similar contractor
* Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills
* First Aid at Work certification
* IOSH or equivalent HSE management training
* Knowledge of Temporary Works & Excavation Safety, Working at Heights, Scaffolding, Lifting & Cranage operations, and other HSEQS training as per site plan
