Working closely with the Branch Manager, you will play a key role in driving sales performance, supporting team development, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. The Role As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day sales activity, winning new instructions, and ensuring properties are marketed and sold effectively. Key responsibilities include: Managing residential sales and providing professional advice to buyers and sellers Carrying out property valuations and consistently winning instructions Showcasing properties to achieve the best possible sale price Working collaboratively with your team to match properties with suitable buyers Building and maintaining strong relationships with solicitors, mortgage advisers, and other property professionals Identifying new leads and generating business opportunities Supporting the Branch Manager with team motivation, coaching, and performance management The Ideal Candidate This role is open only to experienced estate agency professionals.
