We’re partnering with an innovative, purpose-led business to find an Operations Director who’s ready to take the lead in building and scaling something truly transformational.
This is a unique opportunity to own the operational engine of a high-growth business from the ground up designing systems, leading rollout, and setting up for national (and global) expansion.
This isn’t a maintenance role. It’s build, innovate, grow, repeat.
As Operations Director, you’ll:
Launch operations in new UK and international markets
Design scalable systems across logistics, recruitment, onboarding, payments, and more
Lead day-to-day execution of a fast-paced rollout plan
Recruit, lead, and develop a growing operations team
Collaborate closely with product, mental health, and barbering leads to align operations with vision
Build performance dashboards and track key metrics to drive data-led decisions
Support investor readiness by showing operational traction and scalability
Prepare the business for future international expansion
We’re looking for someone who:
️ Has proven experience in a senior operations role at a startup or scaleup
️ Has launched and grown operational models from scratch
️ Thrives on building systems, solving problems, and optimising processes
️ Is energised by ambiguity, fast change, and innovation
️ Has experience scaling teams and operations through rapid growth
️ Communicates clearly and aligns diverse stakeholders
️ Believes in building businesses with purpose and positive impact
