We’re hiring an Assessment Engineer - someone who enjoys solving the awkward bits : the tricky installs, the odd surveys, the blockers everyone else avoids.

What you’ll actually be doing
* Leading surveys on poles, ducts & OH routes
* Turning messy installs into clean solutions
* Making confident in-field decisions
* Validating UG / OH routes (TRR, LOS etc.)
* Keeping delivery safe, efficient & Right First Time
* Being the calm technical voice when things get lively
You’ll fit if you…
* Have telecoms field / build experience
* Prefer hands‑on problem solving over endless emails
* Like being trusted to get on with the job
* Spot issues before they become issues
* Have a clean UK licence and don’t mind a bit of weather
