This role offers an exciting opportunity for a Property Sales Progressor passionate about exceptional customer service and eager to grow within a Proptech scale-up. You will coordinate with various property investors to ensure smooth transaction progressions.
This is a fast-paced, high-impact role! You will collaborate with our Sales and Operations teams, including Senior Operations Director Mirella (ex Monzo) and Commercial Director Jorge (ex Google).
What You Will Do
* Progress property sales to completion while delivering excellent customer service.
* Guide clients through each process step and keep all relevant parties updated.
* Coordinate with developers, mortgage brokers, solicitors, and others to ensure smooth cases.
* Identify and resolve issues proactively.
* Provide feedback to improve processes and prepare regular progress reports for stakeholders.
* Demonstrate persistence to meet exchange deadlines.
Essential Requirements
* At least 1 year of experience as a Sales Progressor in the property sector.
* Strong time management, prioritization, and organizational skills.
* Ability to build rapport with diverse groups.
* Effective problem-solving skills.
Nice to haves: Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM systems.
