Shifts available are full time on days or nights – · DAYS - 39 hours (3 1/2 x 12 hour shifts with unpaid breaks) per week, 08:00 to 20:00, including alternate weekends. · NIGHTS – 33 or 44 Hours a Week (3 or 4 x 12 hr shifts 8pm-8am) with every other weekend off. Key Responsibilities ·To provide the highest level of personal care and attention to residents. ·Following individual care plans carefully and ensuring that all contact is polite, friendly, warm and supportive. ·To ensure that the Care Home values of trust, respect and care are always maintained.
