Overview
A premium multi‑solutions specialist is seeking a Production Manager to take responsibility for the day‑to‑day running of the production department and associated teams, ensuring departmental objectives including production targets, quality and safety standards are all adhered to.
This role requires experience in management within a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. A background in the transactional or direct‑mail industry will be favourable, though applicants from all sectors of the printing industry will also be considered.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Head of Production to deliver continuous improvement and develop a lean culture.
Responsibilities
* Oversee day‑to‑day operations of the production department.
* Ensure production targets, quality, and safety standards are met.
* Collaborate with the Head of Production on continuous improvement initiatives and lean culture development.

Eligibility & Requirements
Applicants must be resident in the UK and have recent experience in the print, packaging or paper sectors.
