Role Overview: As a Part-Time Support Worker, you will play a vital role in assisting students with SEND, working closely with teaching staff to provide tailored support. Key Responsibilities of Support Worker: Provide individualised and small group support for students with SEND. Assist in delivering engaging and accessible learning activities. Encourage the development of social and emotional skills. Help implement personalised learning plans. Supervise students during non-classroom times such as breaks and outings.
