You will be responsible for ensuring the effective delivery of facilities management services, building strong client relationships, and driving operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: Lead, manage, and develop operational teams to deliver FM services in line with contractual obligations. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction and alignment with their business needs. Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting to ensure commercial success. Drive continuous improvement, innovation, and sustainability initiatives. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards. Oversee subcontractor performance and supplier relationships. About You: Proven experience in contract management within facilities management or a related service industry. Strong financial and commercial acumen with experience managing P&L. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams. A proactive approach to problem-solving and delivering operational improvements. Relevant professional qualifications (e.g., IWFM, IOSH/NEBOSH) are desirable.
