Senior Interior Designer (Revit)
Office Design & Fit-Out
Location: Windsor or London (Will need to be in Windsor 6/8 days a month)
Package: Base salary up to £70,000 plus commission (1.5% of GP - Approx £20K/£25K per year) package
Additional perks: 4 days from the office and 1 day from home, plus early finish on a Friday. Catered lunch and breakfast

My client is seeking skilled and experienced Senior Interior Designer to join their dynamic corporate accounts team working on some of the biggest and most complex projects across the UK and Europe
Job Description:
As a Senior Interior Designer you will play a key role in leading and managing the design process from concept development to project completion. You will collaborate with clients, architects, and other designers to create inspiring and functional interior spaces. Your expertise in space planning, material selection, color schemes, lighting design, and furniture selection will be essential in delivering exceptional design solutions that exceed client expectations.
Responsibilities:
· Lead the design process from initial concept development to project completion
· Collaborate with clients, architects, and team members to develop design concepts and strategies
· Conduct client meetings to understand their requirements, goals, and preferences
· Create detailed interior design plans, including floor plans, elevations, and 3D renderings
· Select and source materials, finishes, furniture, lighting fixtures, and accessories
· Develop and present design proposals, mood boards, and presentations to clients
· Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively
· Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers, fostering their professional growth
· Keep up-to-date with industry trends, materials, and design techniques
Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field
· Minimum of 6 years of experience in Office/Workplace Interior Design projects
· Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and expertise
· Proficiency in industry-standard design software including AutoCAD and Sketchup, Revit would
be highly advantageous
· Excellent communication and presenting/pitching skills
· Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
· A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating exceptional design solutions
