The Senior Finance Manager at AllPoints Fibre Networks will be responsible for managing accounts and business partnering, the role will play a key part in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our management accounts, enhance financial reporting and business partner with other departments. What You Will Be Doing The Senior Finance Manager is responsible for managing and co-ordinating the preparation, analysis, and delivery of accurate and timely management accounts to support effective business decision-making. This role plays a key part in ensuring financial integrity and driving performance analysis. Primary responsibility for managing the internal and external audit processes and supporting the statutory accounts preparation. Drive automation of Financial Control team processes and controls. Your Key Responsibilities Will Include Preparing / compiling monthly group and entity management accounts / financial statements. Reviewing journal entries ensuring they are accurate and correctly posted. Managing monthly close schedule. Co-ordinating the compilation of monthly commentary to accompany management accounts, contributing as necessary. Overseeing the preparation of and review/approve all balance sheet reconciliations. Providing ad hoc analysis, reports, metrics and commentary. Supporting the budgeting and forecasting process by FP&A, working collaboratively with department heads. Participating in continued development and evaluation of internal controls and processes, in accordance with best practices. Supporting the preparation of statutory accounts by providing requested information and support. Supporting Finance’s continuous improvement activity as required. Acting as a senior finance business partner to operational teams, providing data-driven advice and financial support. Leading the internal & external audit processes, ensuring timely completion of year-end reporting. Preparing for and attend audit planning meetings, ensuring that audit issues are identified and appropriately discussed. Prepare and supervise preparation of audit working papers for the internal and external audits, including agreeing format of working papers and other audit requirements. About You Our ideal candidate will possess strong financial and commercial acumen, backed by practical experience. You must be capable of handling large volumes of data and distilling it into clear, actionable insights. A commitment to maintaining a robust controls environment is essential, along with the integrity to hold others accountable and a meticulous attention to detail. You will have strong communication skills, being able to clearly articulate to financial and non-financial colleagues. Your Skills And Qualities Effective communicator with stakeholders, ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders & build trusted relationships. Able to work proactively and independently with a team in a fast-paced environment and produce quality output under tight deadlines. Attention to detail, prioritisation skill and time management. Delivery orientated - able to set own goals/targets. Strong analytical skills & attention to detail. Strong Excel skills. Comfortable in an informal team environment. Professional accounting qualification (ACA or ACCA). Desirable Criteria Knowledge of ERP systems is a strong plus. Telco or technology experience would be an advantage.
