Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 Per Annum (Experience Dependant)

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Primary responsibility for delivery of a quality Property Management service.
2. Undertake client care and liaison.
3. Liaise closely with the property managers and accounts department.
4. Manage a portfolio of Properties.
5. Assist Property Managers with the management of their portfolio.
6. Ensure that relevant Service Contracts and Annual Orders are in place.
7. Regularly review service contracts, agree service levels, identify necessary preventative maintenance, and pre-authorise expenditure within agreed parameters (certainly within the confines of t...
