Senior Integrated Community Childrens Nurse
We have a fantastic opportunity for highly skilled paediatric nurses to join our service. Within our Integrated Children’s Community Nursing (iCCN) Service, we believe in providing exceptional holistic care and support to babies, children, young people (BCYP) and their families within the Portsmouth and south‑east Hampshire area.
Our dedicated team is committed to making a positive impact on the lives of young patients, promoting their health and well‑being in a compassionate and nurturing environment. We work collaboratively with BCYP, families and the wider multidisciplinary team to ensure care is provided within the community.
We are recruiting across our teams within the iCCN service which include the Children’s Outreach Assessment & Support (COAST) or the CCN team.
Main duties of the job
* Utilise your transferable nursing experience and gain new skills in a community setting.
* Continue professional development, including the Community Children’s Nurse Specialist Practitioner Qualification (CCN SPQ) and the History taking and physical assessment module (level 7), alongside internal training.
* Develop and strengthen leadership and management skills within the team.

Qualifications
* BSc Nursing or RN in Child Nursing and currently registered with the NMC.
* Post‑registration specialist training relevant to speciality.
* Practice assessor and supervisor.
