Assistant Talent Manager / Strategist (Remote | UK)
22 IMPACT is a global media and management agency covering talent representation, PR, events, and brand campaigns. In six years we've worked with brands including Bentley, Spotify, Tom Ford, Lexus, and Ritz Carlton across fashion, beauty, lifestyle, sport, and entertainment.
We're looking for an Assistant Talent Manager / Strategist to support our growing creator roster.
You'll work across the talent management team and report into both the Talent Managers and CEO. The role splits between supporting day-to-day talent and campaign management, and providing creators with data-led guidance on their content strategy.
What the role involves:
* Assisting with the management of creators and ongoing campaigns
* Building, maintaining, and reporting on content strategies for talent
* Analysing creator performance data and translating it into actionable guidance
* Supporting the wider team across campaign coordination and talent admin
What we're looking for:
* Some experience in talent management, creator strategy, or social media marketing
* A solid understanding of how content performs across platforms, particularly Instagram and TikTok
* Comfortable working with data and presenting it clearly
* Organised and able to support multiple people at once
* Based in the UK
3-month contract with the potential to move into a part-time or full-time role. Remote.
Start date early July.
