National Account Manager – Morrisons (Grocery/Retail Channel)
Location: Hybrid (UK-based with travel to London and Bradford)

We’re looking for a National Account Manager to lead one of our most strategically important grocery accounts – Morrisons. The Role:
Reporting to the Senior National Account Manager, you’ll own and develop the commercial relationship with Morrisons, leading strategy, joint business plans (JBPs), and execution to drive growth, performance, and long-term value.
Whether you’re currently working with Morrisons or have grocery experience across other major retailers (e.g., Tesco, Sainsbury’s, ASDA, Co-op, Aldi, Lidl), we’re open to hearing from talented NAMs or NAEs ready for their next challenge
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Lead the relationship with Morrisons, aligning strategic objectives and developing best-in-class joint business plans.
* Deliver commercial targets including sales and profit in a responsible and sustainable way.
* Act as a thought partner to the Senior National Account Manager, influencing wider channel and business strategies.
* Analyse account performance and translate insights into action to unlock growth opportunities.
* Lead transformation projects within Morrisons, including deployment of new technologies and retail initiatives.
* Manage internal stakeholders across cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery.
What We’re Looking For:
We’re open to candidates from a range of grocery backgrounds – whether you’re currently managing Morrisons or have experience with other top grocery accounts in a branded FMCG environment.
Essential:
* Strong experience in a National Account Manager or Account Executive role within FMCG
* Proven success in managing or supporting relationships with major grocery multiples.
* Experience developing and executing JBPs or customer business plans.
* Confident communicator and presenter, able to influence at multiple stakeholder levels.
* Data-literate and analytical, with a good grasp of BI/reporting tools (e.g. Qlik).
* Project management experience and strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
* Full UK driving licence.
