Joinery Estimator Belfast Full-Time/Permanent Up to £55k comprehensive benefits package The Opportunity An excellent opportunity for an experienced Joinery Estimator to join a growing and well-established fit-out and manufacturing business. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in bespoke joinery who can confidently interpret drawings and produce accurate, commercially competitive tenders. You will play a key role in supporting the delivery of high-quality interior and joinery projects. The Role Review drawings, specifications, and tender documentation Prepare detailed cost estimates including materials, labour, and installation Measure quantities and build up accurate pricing Liaise with design and production teams to ensure buildability Source and assess supplier and subcontractor quotations Identify risks, assumptions, and value engineering opportunities Prepare and submit clear, structured tenders Support project teams during handover About You Experience estimating joinery, cabinetry, or interior fit-out projects Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings Good understanding of manufacturing processes and materials Proficient in Microsoft Excel and estimating software Ability to manage multiple tenders and meet deadlines Whats on Offer Competitive salary and benefits package Flexible working options Career progression opportunities Modern office environment Free on-site parking Private healthcare / cash plan Pension and death in service benefit Interested?
