The college is looking to take on a committed Maths Lecturer on a full‑time, long‑term basis, with the opportunity to secure a permanent role for the right Maths Lecturer. You will be responsible for delivering GCSE and Functional Skills Maths to learners aged 16+, planning engaging lessons that inspire progression and achievement. The successful Maths Lecturer will play a key role in supporting students to overcome barriers to learning, raise attainment levels, and prepare confidently for exams and future employment opportunities.

Deliver GCSE and Functional Skills Maths to learners aged 16+.

Qualifications
* A relevant teaching qualification such as PGCE, Cert Ed or equivalent.
* Experience delivering GCSE and/or Functional Skills Maths within a further education setting.
* Strong subject knowledge and a genuine passion for Maths education.
* Excellent classroom management and learner engagement skills.
* The ability to plan and deliver creative, differentiated lessons.
* A positive, resilient and adaptable approach to teaching and learning.
