About the Role
Our client is seeking an experienced and qualified Electrical Apprenticeship Assessor to support and develop apprentices across Level 2 and Level 3 programmes. This role involves training, assessing and providing high-quality support to learners, alongside maintaining accurate records and meeting relevant awarding body standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality training and assessment for Electrical Apprenticeship programmes (Level 2 and Level 3).
* Track, monitor and review learner progress, ensuring compliance with College and Awarding Body requirements.
* Complete all associated administrative tasks in line with internal processes.
* Support apprentices in developing their technical skills and achieving their qualification aims.
What You’ll Bring
* Qualified Electrician with a recognised Level 3 Electrical qualification.
* Relevant and current industry experience.
* Assessor qualification (A1 or equivalent).
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to support learners effectively.
