MOT Technician Vacancy in Swadlincote
1. Salary: £34,000 basic
2. OTE £38,000+
3. Working Hours : Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm
4. Saturdays on a rota
My client is looking for a skilled MOT Technician to join their team in Swadlincote. If you’re passionate about cars, have a keen eye for detail, and take pride in delivering high-quality work, this could be the perfect role for you.

The Role:
13. Carry out MOT testing in line with VOSA regulations.
14. Perform inspections, servicing, and repairs to cars.
15. Diagnose and repair engines, brakes, and electrical systems.
16. Replace worn or defective parts as needed.
17. Assist with tyre fitting and repairs when required.
18. Ensure all work is completed safely and to a high standard.
What You’ll Need:
19. Valid MOT Tester Certificate Essential
20. Full UK Driving Licence.
21. Level 3 Certificate in Motor Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (Level 2 with MOT considered)
22. At least 4 years’ experience in servicing and repairing cars.
23. Strong understanding of MOT testing standards.
24. Ability to diagnose mechanical faults and carry out high-quality repairs.
25. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
