Description
We are looking for a new Paid Search Manager, due to expansion, to join our award-winning Paid Media Team, based in Bedford. This is a hybrid position (3 days in the office, 2 days working from home).

About the Role:
The Paid Search Manager will oversee the day-to-day management of multiple paid search campaigns for our clients, collaborating with teams across Paid Social, SEO, Creative, Content, and Data & Innovation. The role involves using AI-driven tools to enhance campaign efficiency, from ad copy creation to performance analysis. While the focus is on paid search, opportunities to learn about wider platforms and social media will also be available.
Key Responsibilities:
* Create and optimize paid search campaigns to increase efficiency and conversions.
* Manage communication with clients and maintain strong relationships.
* Implement PPC best practices across campaigns and for direct reports.
* Utilize AI-powered tools for campaign creation, testing, and optimization.
* Monitor spend and performance against KPIs.
* Conduct daily account checks to identify issues and opportunities.
* Apply machine learning insights to improve ad relevance and reduce manual workload.
* Maintain professional certifications like Google Ads Certification.
* Stay updated with industry trends and developments.
* Contribute to team meetings and culture initiatives.
* Provide clients with insights and strategic advice.
* Prepare campaign reports as per client plans.
* Work with senior team members to develop client strategies.
* Liaise with platform partners such as Google, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
* Stay informed about advancements in AI and automation, and incorporate these into campaigns and processes.
Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise:
Essential:
* At least 3+ years' experience in paid search advertising, preferably agency-side.
* Extensive experience with Google Ads campaign management.
* Ability to manage client relationships and deliver presentations.
* Strong campaign planning, budgeting, and forecasting skills.
* Willingness to contribute to audits and new business proposals.
* Ability to work independently and analytically.
* Comfort with adopting AI tools and automation software.
* Understanding of AI evolution in paid media and strategy adaptation.
* Willingness to manage junior team members.
Non-Essential:
* Training others on AI use.
* Maintaining relationships with platform partners.
* Contributing to award entries and case studies.
* B2B sector experience, especially in iGaming.
* Experience with AI for creative development.
* Mentoring junior team members on AI best practices.
