The Role Our client are looking for a senior role in their kitchen Specifically a Deputy Head Chef who will deputise for the Head Chef and be strategic, creative and business focused in their thinking Requirements As Deputy Head Chef you should be Someone with: The experience and skill to run a kitchen, manage harmonious relations between the FOH and Kitchen brigade and management. The ability to be flexible in priorities and think big picture The ability to work within a seasonal business and high volume business in the busiest periods Benefits and Salary Up to £40k Gratuities approx £3-4k per annum.
