Client Details Our client is a large, complex, and highly collaborative organisation based in Sheffield, requiring three days onsite each week. They are operating within a period of organisational change, with a strong focus on continuous improvement, people development, and positive workplace culture. Description In this role, you will provide rounded HR support across a directorate, working closely with various People leaders covering Talent Management, HR Change, HR Operations, and HR Projects. Responsibilities include advising and coaching managers on HR policies, supporting employee relations casework (up to cases with ET risk), and contributing to writing new policies, organisational redesigns including the creation of role profiles and consultation materials.
