About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst with 4+ years of hands-on experience in data analysis, reporting, and business intelligence. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SQL, data visualisation tools (Power BI / Tableau), dashboard development, and data-driven decision-making.
This role is focused on transforming complex datasets into meaningful business insights that support strategic and operational decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Analyse large datasets to identify trends, insights, and performance gaps
Develop and maintain dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools
Write and optimise complex SQL queries for data extraction and reporting
Translate business requirements into data models and reporting solutions
Perform data validation, cleansing, and quality assurance
Develop KPI reports and performance tracking frameworks
Present analytical findings to business stakeholders
Collaborate with data engineering and IT teams to improve data pipelines
Support forecasting and predictive analysis initiatives
Required Skills & Experience
4+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst
Strong proficiency in SQL
Hands-on experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualisation tools
Experience working with relational databases
Strong understanding of data modelling and reporting frameworks
Advanced Excel skills
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
Preferred (Not Mandatory)
Experience with Python or R for data analysis
Exposure to cloud data platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud)
Experience in enterprise or regulated environments
Familiarity with ETL processes and data transformation tools
Relevant data or analytics certifications
