Position: Graduate Software Engineer
Location: Newcastle (Onsite)

Role Overview: As a Graduate Engineer, you will have the opportunity to work alongside industry experts on 100% greenfield projects, developing new products from the ground up. Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement innovative solutions.
* Engage in the full software development lifecycle, from concept to deployment.

* Participate in testing and debugging to ensure optimal performance.
* Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
About You:
Educational Background:
* Degree from a Russell Group university (mandatory).
Technical Skills:
* Proficiency in at least one programming language: C#, Python, Java, or similar.
* Understanding of Test-Driven Development (TDD) principles.
* Familiarity with cloud platforms, preferably AWS.
Professional Attributes:
* Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical skills.
* Excellent communication and teamwork capabilities.
* Enthusiastic about working on greenfield projects in a fast-paced environment.
Desirable Experience:
* Previous exposure to the financial services sector is advantageous but not essential.
Location: This role requires full-time onsite work in our Newcastle office, Monday to Friday.
