Job Title: Learning Support Assistant

Based within the Alternative Provision centre at The Castle Rock School, part of the Lionheart Educational Trust

Responsible to: * Alternative Provision Team Leader/SENCO Lead*

Salary: * Grade 6: £25,995 - £26,409 (Actual Salary £16,144 – £16,409)*

Hours: * Monday-Friday – 27.5 hours per week*

* Term time only (38 weeks per year)*

Contract Term Until 31st August 2026

This is an exciting opportunity for motivated colleagues to join our Learning Development Team, working with students to ensure they achieve their full potential.

The Pioneers' Centre is an Alternative Provision that is part of the Lionheart Educational Trust. This provision supports students with multiple needs and so this role is vital to help students achieve and thrive.
