We are seeking a friendly, professional, and organized Receptionist to join a busy primary school in Knowsley. This role is pivotal in creating a welcoming environment for pupils, parents, staff, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors, parents, and staff in a friendly and professional manner.
Answer incoming calls and manage emails promptly.
Maintain accurate records and handle administrative tasks as required.
Support day-to-day operations and contribute to a positive school environment.
Ensure the reception area is tidy and welcoming.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a reception or administrative role preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy environment.
