About the role: The school provides a nurturing and inclusive environment for pupils with a range of complex needs, including autism, communication difficulties, and sensory or emotional challenges. As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with class teachers and other professionals to provide personalised learning and care. Your responsibilities will include supporting pupils in the classroom, delivering small-group or 1:1 intervention, assisting with personal care where required, and helping to create a calm, structured, and positive learning environment.
