Business Administrator Role
The Business Administrator will provide essential administrative support to the Commercial and Technical teams for site projects. Working closely with Project Managers, Quantity Surveyors, and other team members, they will ensure smooth project operations through efficient communication and data management.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist the technical team in preparing site files and health & safety documents.
* Maintain the subcontractor database and facilitate the onboarding process for new subcontractors.
* Procure goods and services, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.
* Accurately input data into internal and external systems.
* Scan and upload project documents to SharePoint.
* Handle incoming and outgoing telephone calls professionally.
* Generate reports and maintain both digital and physical filing systems.

* Proven administrative or assistant experience.
