Maintenance Handyperson - Crawley area - PERMANENT ROLE
No Qualifications required - however all applicants must time served experience in planned and reactive maintenance and repair work and a full Uk driving licence.
* £31,450 per annum plus great OT rates and enhanced holiday pay
* Van and fuel card provided for you free
* 08.00-16.00 Monday to Friday

Essential Requirements:
* All applicants must have good previous experience in planned and reactive maintenance work.
* All applicants must have experience with joinery and carpentry maintenance and repair, changing locks, handles, door repair.

* General maintenance -changing locks, handles, replacing a door handle, joinery maintenance etc
* General maintenance work in commercial buildings
