The Role
You'll help run front-of-house and member experience at our York studio. From the first welcome to the last goodbye, you'll keep standards high and the studio experience consistent.

* Strong communication and people skills
* Organised, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced studio environment
* Confident handling enquiries, bookings, and day-to-day member support
* A genuine interest in health, fitness, and creating great customer experiences
* Availability to work flexible shifts, including some evenings and weekends
