Senior Care Assistant – Dayshift and Nightshift £14.50 per hour Full time and part time contracts available Dayshift and Nightshift available Pension, Paid PVG, Uniform provided 5.6 weeks annual leave based on a full time contract Role Overview As a Senior Care Assistant, you will play a key role in leading and coordinating the care team, ensuring the smooth running of the home and maintaining a positive, supportive environment. You will support residents with personal care while promoting dignity, independence and wellbeing at all times. You will oversee medication administration, maintain accurate records and contribute to care planning and risk assessments. You will communicate effectively with residents, families and healthcare professionals, respond to any changes or emergencies and support the development of your team through guidance and leadership.
