Responsibilities
* Collaborating as a member of a growing multi-disciplinary consultancy across a range of projects.
* Designing infrastructure for various developments, including drainage, highways, and earthworks.
* Undertaking scheme development, preliminary and detailed designs, and project coordination.
* Mentoring and supporting emergent team members, ensuring the quality and accuracy of technical and non-technical deliverables.
* Contributing to work winning, managing project finances, and preparing fee proposals.
* A BEng, MEng, BSc, MSc, HND, or HNC civil engineering qualification, coupled with experience gained in a design office environment.
* Design experience in delivering projects across the entire lifecycle — from concept and planning through to detailed design.
* A working knowledge of Section 104, 278, and 38 adoption procedures, as well as UK planning procedures.
* Strong analysis and technical design skills in AutoCAD, along with experience using Civil 3D, PDS, Site3D, AutoTrack, MicroDrainage, FLOW, or InfoDrainage for design.
* Experience working with residential developers.
* A strong written and verbal communicator.
* A self-motivated team player with excellent people skills.
