ECT Science Teacher Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver dynamic lessons across KS3KS4
* Support with practical lab work and science projects
* Track pupil progress and adapt lesson plans as needed
* Collaborate with colleagues to share ideas and best practice
Person Specification:
* Degree in a science subject and QTS
* Confident in managing a classroom environment
* Eager to contribute to department initiatives
