Mercer Wealth is seeking candidates for the position of Operational Support Administrator (Wealth) based in Bournemouth:

The role involves working as part of the Operational Support Team for Mercer Private Wealth (MPW), aiming to enhance controls and efficiencies by providing systems and database support, monitoring process adherence, and collaborating with offshore teams.
This is a hybrid role requiring at least three days per week in the office.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing queries received via the Operations Support Inbox, coordinating with the technical team to resolve issues.
* Responding promptly to inbox queries and updating all parties on progress.
* Processing tasks allocated on Intelliflo Office (iO), prioritizing as needed.
* Performing monitoring checks to ensure process compliance and updating iO accordingly, escalating issues to the Operational Support Manager.
* Producing and distributing client mailers.
* Processing incoming mail in accordance with procedures.
* Supporting the offshore team through answering queries, training, and compliance checks.
* Assisting with ad hoc projects as assigned.
Qualifications and skills required:
* Background in administration or a customer-focused role.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively, establishing rapport with clients and colleagues.
* Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to meet deadlines.
* Relevant business experience and technical knowledge.
Preferred additional experience:
* Financial Services background.
