Overview:
We’re looking for a highly skilled and adaptable Business Analyst to support a major digital transformation programme. As part of our client-side Business Analysis practice, you’ll collaborate with internal stakeholders and strategic partners to bridge the gap between current and future business states. You’ll drive change, build consensus, and deliver actionable insights that shape strategic decisions.
Your Role:
1. As Senior Consultant, you will be responsible for supporting the consultancy principles that will facilitate the delivery of AutoRek's Professional Services implementations for our client base around the globe.
2. A Senior Consultant will identify requirements for the client and the generate the design for the solution that will meet those needs.
3. Once designed, they will oversee and support the design's accurate realisation.
4. As Senior Consultant you will be a crucial player in designing customer solutions and ensuring top quality team delivery.
5. The role will supporting multiple projects and working with several team members within a matrix environment.
Key Responsibilities:
6. Day-to-day support of implementations of the AutoRek core financial management solution.
7. Complete the High-Level estimation tasks required during the discovery phase, including workshops.
8. Use the output from this process to prepare meaningful input into the Bid Approval Process (including supporting the submission during the decision process).
Work with clients to prepare:
9. An understanding of the As-Is process
10. A breakdown of the client's requirements for the solution
11. A detailed solution design that aligns to the agreed requirements
12. Work with Development & Test and Project Management teams to agree the solution and define the effort/duration/plan for delivery.
13. Review the ongoing solution during development, acting as the customer's voice.
14. Monitor progress for any deviations from the planned approach, solution and scope.
15. Challenge unnecessary deviations and raise changes with the Project Manager so that they can be documented and approved.
16. Support the Development & Test and Project Management teams through acceptance testing, by helping with triage, defect interpretation and being alert to changes to scope being raised as defects.

18. Customer providing documented key discussions, actions, risks and issues.
19. Provide guidance to the implementation team while motivating team resources to work diligently and smartly in the best interest of the Customer and AutoRek Support the resolution of issues and roadblocks, managing Customer queries and escalations to a positive resolution.
