The Coaching Inn Group have recently completed a £3 million refurbishment plan at The Castle of Brecon Hotel and are now looking for an exceptional Junior Sous Chef to join the food operation.

You must have a minimum of 2 years experience as a senior CDP/junior Sous Chef in a fresh food quality operation.
