Welcome all visitors and staff warmly to the Family Hub.
Handle enquiries from families and professionals via phone, email, or in-person, and direct them to the appropriate services.
Engage with families coming into the Family Hub and manage room bookings and setups.
Keep the Family Hub tidy and ensure display boards and resources are up to date.
Maintain accurate records and enter data into the service's systems.
Help manage the district's social media pages and promote events and activities at the Family Hub.
Communication skills - the ability to handle enquiries via phone, email, and in-person, and to engage effectively with families and professionals.
Empathy - able to listen with empathy and provide support to both the public and staff
Organisational skills - managing room bookings, setting up meeting rooms, and keeping the Family Hub tidy and welcoming.
Enthusiasm - taking pride in the building and the brilliant offer available to families and a desire to showcase this far and wide.

Please note: this post will primarily be based out of Longridge Family Hub (Berry Lane, Longridge) but may be occasionally required to support in other Family Hubs in Ribble Valley and Hyndburn.
