Summary
Day to day, you’ll deliver a great all-round customer service experience. This is a varied role that supports key areas. You'll process admissions, promote the benefits of National Trust membership and engage visitors about what Belton Estate, and other places have to offer. You'll play a vital role in managing various entry points, carparks and a play area that is a key visitor attraction.
You'll support in the Visitor Reception by being on hand answering queries and listening to what our visitors need so you can share the right information. Your role is to make sure our visitors have the best day they can. We believe everyone should feel welcomed, appreciated and more engaged because of the excellent service you provide. This role would suit anyone with enthusiasm for delivering great customer service in a fast paced environment.
For this role, you’ll need to complete our online assessment instead of using a C.V. or online application form. This will help us understand more about your strengths and give you more information on the role.

What you'll be doing
The core part of your job is to give vital and positive support to your colleagues, wherever you’re needed, with a focus on greeting and helping visitors. No two days will be the same. You can expect to meet many different people and gain experience in different visitor areas. Most importantly, you’ll be talking to visitors, answering their questions and making sure they can find everything they need to enjoy their day.
