My client, a thriving business, is seeking a Senior Customer Service professional to join their Customer Success team as a Technical Customer Service Executive.

Main Responsibilities:
* Engage with customers, providing aftercare services to meet their needs through coaching, training, and guidance.
* Answer customer queries and escalate as necessary.
* Proactively suggest improvements and solutions.
* Update the CRM system with customer feedback and information.
* Liaise regularly with customers to ensure full software optimization.
* Build long-term relationships with customers.
* Develop business plans with customers for the long term.
The Candidate:
* Previous experience in a Customer Service environment.
* Excellent client care skills.
* Professional communication skills (both written and verbal).
* Ability to manage relationships and prioritize workload.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* IT literate (Microsoft Office).
* Technically minded with an interest in IT; advantageous.
* Must have a valid driving license and transport.
EU work permit required.
