They are scaling quickly, and now they’re hiring a Junior Account Manager to join their Learning team in Reading. This is a role that sits somewhere between customer success and account management, so is ideal for someone with commercial experience who enjoys building relationships and driving customer value. About the Role · Manage and nurture customer relationships, acting as a trusted partner to help clients get real value from our learning solutions. · Support the customer journey end-to-end, ensuring smooth onboarding, engagement, and ongoing adoption. · Identify commercial opportunities, renewals, and upsells. · Work closely with sales, content, and customer support teams to deliver an excellent customer experience. · Use HubSpot to track activity, customer interactions, and pipelines. · Collaborate with marketing on campaigns, customer communications, and engagement initiatives. · Be hands-on and adaptable, this is a growing business where teamwork matters. · Participate in regular meetings with senior leadership, including mentorship sessions with the CEO. About You · 2–3 years of commercial experience. · Experience in account management, customer success, or a hybrid role. · SaaS experience is highly beneficial. · Comfortable with technology and CRM systems (HubSpot experience preferred). · Strong communicator who can build rapport with global teams and customers. · Proactive, organised, and willing to “get stuck in” to support colleagues. · Understands how to be customer-centric and commercially minded. · Cultural fit is important, you’ll thrive in a supportive, collaborative, and ambitious environment.
