Extensive experience within UK-based architectural practices
A strong background in residential architecture (preferred)
Proficiency in Vectorworks and Revit
In-depth knowledge of UK Building Regulations and construction methods
A practical, detail-oriented approach with strong problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and a collaborative, team-driven mindsetRole Responsibilities:
Develop high-quality technical drawings for planning, Building Regulations, and construction
Contribute detailed technical input during design development
Ensure all documentation meets current regulatory standards
Support the delivery of residential and commercial projects
