The Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic, customer-focused individual to join the Document Solutions team as a Document Solutions Assistant.
You will operate in a busy office environment, providing high-level print, publishing, and reprographics services, while actively promoting and marketing the unit. Responsibilities also include general administration and clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, printing, binding, laminating, and managing both incoming and outgoing correspondence.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to enhance your skills and knowledge within a dedicated team, contributing to the Council’s Document Solutions delivery.
About You
The ideal candidate will be capable of working efficiently within a busy team, with strong organisational, planning, and prioritisation skills. Good communication skills are essential, enabling you to advise customers and respond courteously and positively to their inquiries.
You should be adaptable to workplace changes to meet customer and organisational needs.
The successful applicant must be willing to undertake relevant training and development to meet the role's requirements and support personal growth.
